Hereinafter “the Provider” or “KPK DIGITAL”
And any natural or legal person wishing to use the services offered on the mentora-it.fr website, hereinafter “the Client”.
Mentora IT is a trade name of KPK DIGITAL.
These Terms govern the contractual relationship between KPK DIGITAL (through its Mentora IT brand) and its clients for career orientation and career-change support services, as well as services matching clients with professional mentors.
Mentora IT acts as a platform matching clients with mentors, who are independent professionals. KPK DIGITAL is not a party to the contracts concluded between clients and mentors for mentoring services.
Prices are shown in euros including tax. Payment is made by bank card through our secure provider Stripe, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 fee-free instalments.
KPK DIGITAL issues an invoice for each transaction and sends it by email.
Under article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from subscribing to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.
Satisfaction or money back: If you are not convinced after the first mentoring session, we refund you in full, with no questions and no justification required.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving your request.
The packages are one-off services, not subscriptions. No termination is required.

All content provided as part of the services (training materials, methodologies, tools, trademarks) remains the exclusive property of KPK DIGITAL.
KPK DIGITAL undertakes to use all necessary means to provide a quality service. However, KPK DIGITAL cannot guarantee that you will obtain a job in tech, which depends on many external factors.
As a matching platform, KPK DIGITAL cannot be held liable for the services provided by independent mentors.
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and with the GDPR. The data controller is KPK DIGITAL.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the courts of Lyon shall have jurisdiction.
Under article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use the consumer mediation service free of charge: CMAP (Paris Mediation and Arbitration Centre), 39 avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt, 75008 Paris, France.

KPK DIGITAL reserves the right to amend these Terms. The new conditions will apply to new contracts and renewals, after clients have been notified.
