As a Mentora IT mentor, you don't teach lessons. You share your professional experience to help your mentees pick the right path, avoid the common traps and speed up their move into tech. Your role: be the guide you wish you'd had.

The Pilot Method®
You don't need to have mentored before. The Pilot Method® is a structured framework that walks you through supporting your mentees effectively, even if this is your first time mentoring.
In practice, you help your mentee set up a career GPS: defining where they are, where they want to go, and the key steps to get there — certifications to earn, skills to build, roles to target, training to follow.
